Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our food products:

- All sales are final.
- If you are unsatisfied due to an error on our part (wrong item or missing meal), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will offer:
- A replacement meal (if applicable), or
- A credit toward a future purchase

No refunds will be issued for:
- Late deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather)
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Change-of-mind or canceled orders after 12PM same day
